Make a Difference.
At Neuro-Collective, we believe that the strength of our community lies in the dedication and passion of individuals who come together to help families feel supported and understood. Whether you’re looking to contribute your expertise, help us grow, or directly support families, there’s a place for you to make a meaningful impact. We’re excited to welcome volunteers who are ready to help us build a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

How Can You Get Involved?

We’re seeking volunteers in several key areas, each offering a unique opportunity to make a difference:

  • Board Members: We're looking for board members with backgrounds in finance, fundraising, administration, or legal expertise to help guide the direction of our organization and ensure we are meeting the needs of the community.

  • Direct Family Support: Volunteers in this role will work closely with families by assisting with our recreation and respite groups, providing 1:1 respite, and facilitating caregiver support groups. You’ll play an important role in helping families access the care and resources they need.

  • Fundraising & Events: Help us raise awareness and resources to support our mission. Volunteers in this role will assist with event planning, networking, and managing donor relationships, playing a key part in making our events and fundraising campaigns a success.

  • Program Administration: This role focuses on administrative support, including scheduling, communication, and ensuring that our programs run smoothly. Volunteers will assist with the logistics that help keep Neuro-Collective’s programs thriving.

What Will You Gain from Volunteering?

Volunteering with Neuro-Collective is not only about giving—it's also about growth and connection. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Training in Neurodiversity & Inclusion: Volunteers receive comprehensive training that enhances your understanding of neurodiversity and inclusion, equipping you to support families with confidence and compassion.

  • Free Access to Workshops & Events: As a volunteer, you’ll have free access to any of our workshops or training events, providing opportunities for continuous learning and personal development.

  • Volunteer Exchange Option: If you're looking for a way to contribute more while accessing membership benefits, our volunteer exchange option allows you to volunteer in exchange for membership fees.

Time Commitment:

We ask for a commitment of about 4-8 hours per month, depending on the role. We value flexibility, so we work with you to ensure your volunteer experience fits your schedule and availability.
